Birubi Beach Holiday Park is situated in Anna Bay on the point overlooking Birubi Beach at the northern end of Stockton Bight. Facilities include a range of accommodation to suit everyone: Deluxe Cabins, some with ocean views, Ensuite Cabins and our economical Standard Cabins. If you have a caravan or wish to camp we also offer great Powered Ensuite Sites, Unpowered Sites and camping facilities for the whole family. By way of 4WD, you can access Stockton Bight, the largest, mobile, coastal sand mass in the southern hemisphere, from closeby. The dunes are 32 km of pristine beach popular for swimming, surfing, fishing, sand boarding and the Sygna shipwreck as well as other points of interest. Regalur tours are available if you do not have a 4WD vehicle. We are only 5 minutes walk from a variety of shops, Tavern/Pub and Tourist Information Centre.

Offering accommodation for couples, families and groups with self-contained cabins and bungalows, or for larger groups they have duplexes which can sleep 16 guests each side. The Lodge can sleep up to 24 guests with six bedrooms and The Ranch is for smaller groups of up to 10 guests. All buildings have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedding is supplied but group building guests are required to bring towels, or they can be hired.
The Retreat facilities include a games room, swimming pool, volley ball area, kids play ground and walking access to the dunes. There are fantastic covered barbecue areas, camp fires and plenty of open spaces for ball games, team building activities and games.
At the Samurai Beach Bungalows - Port Stephens YHA, relax in one of four comfortable bungalows surrounding a saltwater lagoon pool which is nestled amongst a natural Australian rainforest setting on three acres. It's like a touch of Asia in Australia. Enjoy waking to the sound of native birds, view a koala from your balcony, feed the possum or enjoy a casual night around the campfire.
Enjoy a night cooking up a storm in their great open air bush kitchen which is fully equipped with a barbecue, gas cooking, microwave, pots and pans and all cutlery and crockery.
There are bikes for hire to check out beautiful Port Stephens and its wonderful beaches, sand boards to slide down the dunes, free WiFi hotspot for those trying to keep in touch and the famous 'Shed' with free pool and DVDs - the 'Shed' has to be seen to be believed.
