There are eleven units within the motel. Each unit has an en suite with a shower and toilets, a television, tea and coffee making facilities, electric blankets and heating. The units cater for single, double and family accommodation. Barbeque facilities are also available.
Campsites are also available in a bush setting, surrounded by National Park and with beach access. Hot showers and a laundry available for guests.
Edgewater Motel is located off the Princes Highway, right on Burrill Lake inlet and only a few minutes walk over the sand dunes to the ocean.
