"Marchioness" Farmstay, is a 5th & 6th generational working cattle property located in the peaceful, rolling hills of Mount Perry. It is Owned and Operated by Clive & Debra Dingle and Family, and located just 1 hour west of Bundaberg, and is approximately a 4 hour drive, about 400 KM from Brisbane.

Minmore is a 7,000 hectare beef producing property with a hectare of gardens, a tennis court and abundant wildlife. It's only a 45 minute drive to the Bunya Mountains and close to fruit growing area, wineries and the golf course. There is gliding available at the Kingaroy airport. Activities include feeding the animals, gathering eggs, bush walks and picnics. It's ideal for bird watchers and pets welcome, small dogs only.
Accommodation is available both within the homestead and the two bedroom cottage is perfect for families.

Owner Kathy enjoys sharing the attractions of Bunyip Springs and is only too happy to guide visitors and familiarise them with the property.
Accommodation premises include the three bedroom Cottage (sleeps six) and the three bedroom Lodge (sleeps eight). Both are self-contained with linen provided. Wood heaters make for cosy winter nights and verandas are popular to relax on in the summer months.
Kellarni Downs is an Equestrian Property with an Olympic size dressage arena and show jumps. Take a trail ride around the area and more, in the beautiful Kooralbyn Valley. Holiday with your dogs and horses, whilst staying in their four bedroom, three bathroom lodge which sleeps eight people and is fully self contained with swimming pool and entertainment areas. There is also free wi-fi for guests.
Some features of the Lodge are an open fireplace, pool/snooker table, pot belly stove, spa bath, air conditioning and fans throughout the home. They are close to many sights in and around the Scenic Rim.

Downstream of the farm house the creek is held back by a natural waterfall and weir providing a constant deep water level for kayaking and fishing. Their private jetty is directly accessible down stairs from the house. There is a two man canoe for guest use.
